Paula Salinas

She holds a doctorate in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a master's degree from UCL. She has worked as a researcher at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and BGSE, at the Barcelona institute of economics, at the Catalan government and at the Barcelona provincial authority. She is currently director and researcher at KSNET, focusing on education and early childhood policies, public administration and policy assessment. Her main areas of research are public sector economics and education economics.
