Daniel Catalá

President of SEE, the Spanish society for public policy assessment, since September 2020. In this sphere he is an expert on public policy assessment and lectures on the master's degree in Assessment of Public Policy from the University of Barcelona. He holds a doctorate in Business Management and Administration from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, with an international merit and special prize for his doctoral thesis. He is also a graduate in Public Management and Administration, also from the UPV, winning the national final project prize. He holds the post of permanent employed (accredited as senior) lecturer in organisation theory, strategic management of public organisations and human resources management.
