Carlos Hinojosa

Public policy analyst and assessor with over 15 years of experience. He currently works as a specialist in monitoring and assessing public policy at the public governance directorate of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, and previously held the post of assessor at the assessment and internal auditing directorate of the OECD. He has specific experience in the fields of science, technology and innovation; private sector development; regional development and international development. He has run projects and assessments for a range of local, national, European and international organisations, including the European Investment Bank, UNESCO, the French Development Agency, the European Commission and the Inter-American Development Bank. He was previously a partner in Technopolis Group, a consultancy specialising in assessing public policy; a consultant in the innovation, technology and enterprise unit of the World Bank; and an analyst in the political section of the Canadian embassy in Mexico.
