Deputy Minister of Vocational Training in the Basque government education department.

Responsible for five out of the six vocational training plans approved by the Basque government (1997, 2004, 2014, 2017 and 2022).

Member of the general council for vocational training.

He has worked with the Spanish senate's economics and competitiveness committee and also with the Spanish parliament's education committee on different vocational training matters.
