Izaskun Rekalde

A professional in the social third sector with more than 20 years of experience ranging from direct intervention to running organisations.

Her career has been linked to the Zubietxe association, which supports processes of social inclusion for vulnerable people, with more than 40 professionals working in it to deal with around 300 people every year.

She is currently the director of Zubietxe.

For the last 7 years she has also been responsible for equality in the association, having led the drawing up and implementation of the last 2 equality plans.

A graduate in law from the University of Deusto, with extensive experience in the management and administration of non-profit organisations, equality and gender, migration and interculturality, among many other areas.
