Head of innovation and running employment and charity projects at Cáritas: “Sendotu Aldiberean” experiment with people at risk of exclusion

For the last 8 years she has designed, managed and assessed projects in the areas of training, pre-employment and the social economy, aimed at marginalised or highly vulnerable groups, some of these under the Basque Operative Programme under the aegis of the Sendotu Aldiberean group of bodies, an integrated social and employment inclusion project for people who are marginalised or at risk of it. Before this, she has 17 years of experience as a consultant on social and experimental projects for public and third-sector organisations, with several publications in this field. A trainer in strategic planning, quality and preparation of projects, she began her career as a social/employment guidance officer.
