Consultant and expert in HR and entrepreneurship. Director of the +50Emprende awards.

Graduate in economics and law. Master's degree in public relations. He has worked as a manager and HR consultant in major concerns, and is currently an outside consultant for Adelsys Endless Possibilities. Mentor for entrepreneurial projects in Spain and abroad, primarily in Latin America. Lecturer in HR and entrepreneurship at business schools including CEU IAM Business School and approved lecturer by the Escuela de Organización Industrial. Co-founder of Social Business Factory, a launch platform for business projects by people with intellectual disability. Director of the +50Emprende awards. Co-director of the radio show "Sorbos de Emprendimiento" on Rne5. The author of essays in entrepreneurship: he has written "Emprender o no emprender" (UCLM & Celya, 2015) and co-authored "Sorbos de Emprendimiento" (Plataforma Editorial, 2019), "Abuelos, nunca es tarde para emprender" (Editorial Alienta, 2019) and "Emprendedores en el infierno" (Aula Magna McGraw-Hill, 2020).
