César Martín Núñez
Currently head of the computing and IT service and the ongoing job market search system (Observatorio Argos) of the Andalusian employment service, he is a graduate in economics from the University of Seville and has a master's degree in Public Statistics from the same university. A career civil servant in the official statistics service of the Andalusian government since October 2006, he began his career at the Andalusian institute of statistics and cartography, working on the analysis and production of job market statistics, Andalusian quarterly and annual regional accounts, the input-output framework and social accounting matrices in the region and accounts for institutional sectors, among them housing. In 2011 he joined the employment intermediation service of the Andalusian employment service, where he worked until 2021 on mediation for employment and the model of services to business of the public employment services, as well as being responsible for the incorporation into the Andalusian employment service of the ongoing job market search system (Observatorio Argos) and the Eures network in Andalusia. In 2021 he moved to the computing and IT service of the Andalusian employment service, where he currently works, a newly-created service as a structure to support the two major change projects currently under way at the Andalusian employment service with the aim of developing a new integrated management model and developing tools for statistical profiling of job seekers, as basic pillars of the processes of moving towards a data-led or data-driven organisation, among other changes.
