Iñigo Calvo Sotomayor

Lecturer and researcher at the University of Deusto-Deusto Business School, and Co-editor-in-Chief of the academic journal Boletín de Estudios Económicos. At the scientific level, he has published chapters in books and papers at the international level, focusing his research on strategy issues and the economics of ageing. Furthermore, he is a visiting professor at the Czech University of Life Sciences (Czech Republic) and the University of Belgrade (Serbia), and combines his academic activity with transfer and consultancy projects for companies and institutions. Since 2014, he has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the BBK Banking Foundation, where he is a member of the Audit Committee and the Investment Committee. In 2017 he was made a Marshall Memorial Fellow. He regularly publishes in domestic and international media such as El País, El Diario Vasco and The New York Times.
