Iñigo Arteche Hern´ndez

Public sector consultant at IKERTALDE Grupo Consultor S.A. since 1989, where he has held various responsibilities, currently being its managing director, and from where he has promoted multiple initiatives (Director of GPI Consultores, Vice-president of CIDEC). He has participated in and directed projects at various institutional levels (local, regional and national) in Spain and Latin America, including Observation and Analysis, Institutional Strategy and Public Policy Evaluation. Much of his career has been linked to the labour market, employment and vocational training. In addition to the Basque Government, with which he collaborates on an ongoing basis, he has developed projects with the employment departments of various Autonomous Communities, SEPE and FUNDAE, carrying out numerous evaluations and studies.
